The War on Drugs is only a War to lock up those who use it. Govt. makes money from sale and imprisonment. DEA and U.S. Government behind the importation of drugs, Court documents reveal.

I do sincerely believe this is the time of TRUTH.  I believe Truth will come out in all areas.  It is time for Karma, especially of the hidden agendas of those who try and control (insanes).

Recent court documents, reveal the DEA is part of a 'cartel' from Mexico that ships in billions of drugs.  This is the same cartel, Eric Holder did 'Fast and Furious' with.

Documents show the DEA in the late 90's (this is not a one side political situation) made a deal with a Mexican cartel.  They allow shipments of drugs for information.

Understand, when a deal is struck between two entities, then you are now in a 'cartel' with that other entity.  You are in collusion with the other, it does not matter if one side is a government agency.

You have to wonder if the Mexican cartel the government is in a cartel with, is the same one that helps bring in all the heroin from  Afghanistan.  Considering it appears we are there to protect the poppy and thus the drugs of that country.

From Wikipedia - War on Drugs - You will find the CIA is behind the drugs of the world.  Funny too... Wonder when the deal was struck with the Mexican cartel?  It says late 1990's, but it also says 2000.  That would be right when son 'Bush' was going into office.  Guess it stays in the family.

What the war on drugs has actually done is put American citizens behind bars for the use of the drugs the government brings in.  We have more people behind bars for small usage or paraphernalia.

Federal: On Dec. 31, 2012, there were 196,574 sentenced prisoners under federal jurisdiction. Of these, 99,426 were serving time for drug offenses, 11,688 for violent offenses, 11,568 for property offenses, and 72,519 for "public order" offenses (of which 23,700 were sentenced for immigration offenses, 30,046 for weapons offenses, and 17,633 for "other").

What we really have is a "War on the People" who dare buy things the U.S. government brings in to get them to use.  Remember too, our prison systems are now mostly privately owned.  So the government is getting double their money.  First they get money for the sale of it, then they get money for the imprisonment to those who purchase it.

When people really wake up to the fact, everything the government does it for their own benefit.  They do not do anything for the citizen's benefit.

Fast and Furious was a 'cartel' deal struck between the Mexican cartel, they give free rein to for shipping in drugs.  The current administration did the deal so they could then get guns out of the hands of the citizens of the U.S..  That deal backfired on them.

How Holder and Obama have not been made to be held accountable for the Fast and Furious, shows that the 'cartel' is throughout the government.

This is not a one sided agreement, both political sides are in cohorts with the drug cartel.

Once people fully understand there is no difference between political sides, except to divide the people then we can really make progress.

Through Truth coming out and people changing their way of thinking from division to Unity, we will make the world a better place and accountable to all that happens.

This is the Era for Truth!  This is the time for Truth to continue to be revealed.

From original article linked:

An investigation by El Universal found that between the years 2000 and 2012, the U.S. government had an arrangement with Mexico's Sinaloa drug cartel that allowed the organization to smuggle billions of dollars of drugs while Sinaloa provided information on rival cartels.

Zambada-Niebla's lawyer claimed to the court that in the late 1990s, Castro struck a deal with U.S. agents in which Sinaloa would provide information about rival drug trafficking organizations while the U.S. would dismiss its case against the Sinaloa lawyer and refrain from interfering with Sinaloa drug trafficking activities or actively prosecuting Sinaloa leadership.
"The agents stated that this arrangement had been approved by high-ranking officials and federal prosecutors," Zambada-Niebla lawyer wrote.
After being extradited to Chicago in February 2010, Zambada-Niebla argued that he was also "immune from arrest or prosecution" because he actively provided information to U.S. federal agents.
Zambada-Niebla also alleged that Operation Fast and Furious was part of an agreement to finance and arm the cartel in exchange for information used to take down its rivals.

  1. There never was a war on drugs, rather a drug war on the competition.

  2. It continually amazes me to listen to intelligent and creative people on talk shows and interviews go on and on about how we need to become more active and demonstrate against this or that new legislation, or how we need to elect new representatives to replace the current corrupted incumbents. What makes anyone think that the newly elected will be any less likely to be corrupted by the carrot and stick techniques used by the controllers?
We already have a system of checks and balances in place, created by the framers of our constitution. The judiciary is the key. It has already been demonstrated conclusively that law enforcement will mindlessly enforce the edicts of the courts, whether those decisions comport with the constitution or not. If we reassert control over our courts by holding judges accountable for their actions or negligence from the bench, a bloodless return to a constitutionally restrained republic can be realized.
Judges routinely deny litigants standing or due process and totally disregard their oath to support and defend the constitution within which is found your right to due process of law. They are known to disregard black letter statute law, controlling case law and court procedure to function as an advocate on behalf of the state. Not only does the state pay their salaries and control their professional advancement, the NSA gathers incriminating evidence against them to use in pivotal cases.
“Jail For Judges” is a concept which creates an external review board to hear complaints of judges actions and negligence and to sanction judges up to and including imprisonment. When judges must choose between according due process to litigants and going to jail for failure to do so, that is when people will receive due process and not a minute before. When “Jail For Judges” becomes law in any single jurisdiction, i.e. any state of the union, a person need only move to that state long enough to establish residency in order to qualify to petition the court for vacation of a facially void judgement, which is the court record of a case which demonstrates a denial of due process.
People must qualify ballot initiatives to institute “Jail For Judges” and re-institute direct access for the public to grand juries to facilitate indictments against govt. actors who commit crimes. In this way the system may be used to purify itself and to return our country to a constitutionally restrained republic.

  3. Here in my Midwestern home state, local and state law enforcement target vehicles with license plates from states with medical marijuana and home growers of cannabis while ignoring meth dealers and gangs. Either the local and state L.E. are scared of the gangs and picking easier less violent targets to justify their jobs, or they are working with the gangs and eliminating the gangs competition. There were no gangs here in the Midwest before the drug war. Neither did the meth/crack epidemic exist prior to the creation and escalation of the drug war. The drug war has worked in reverse.
